Shipping:
Dog Park publishing takes great care to make sure that what you've ordered arrives at your door promptly and in good condition. Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, usually in the next business day's mail. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has shipped. At your request, we can also ship via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Please contact us beforehand so we can calculate the shipping costs. For international orders, please contact us beforehand so we can calculate the USPS shipping costs. International orders take an additional 48 hours of processing. While we make every effort to have our merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a backorder on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to contact us to cancel the order. Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise for refund within 30 days when accompanied by your original receipt. Refunds generally appear on your PayPal account by the next day, or on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Privacy: Dog Park Publishing understands and share your concern about privacy. We want to assure you that we respect your privacy. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card/PayPal information. Dog Park Publishing uses this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. If you register to be on our online mailing list or make a purchase at Dog Park Publishing, we include you in our list to receive e-mail updates about special offers, new products and services, and relevant information. We DO NOT rent, sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties. If, however, for any reason you do not wish to receive information about Dog Park Publishing, please send an email to info@dogparkpublishing.com with "remove" in the subject line.
