Shipping Information

Shipping:

Dog Park publishing takes great care to make sure that what you've ordered arrives at your door promptly and in good condition. Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt, and usually in the next business day's mail. The estimated time of delivery for standard U.S. shipping is 14 to 16 days or sooner in many cases. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has shipped.

At your request during the check-out process, we can also ship via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Select.

For international orders please allow 20-30 days for delivery. International orders take an additional 48 hours of processing.

While we make every effort to have our merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a backorder on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to contact us to cancel the order.
